Once upon a time, let’s say on February 14th, 10:05, sometimes around year 2017 a gathering occurred. The gathering of different people of different occupations but with the same goal: to do things differently. To build a Bistro and a Bar which they would love with all their hearts. To give our city a place where you can taste great food made of selected ingredients based on a current season and to make delicious cocktails with a taste you dreamed of but never tried before.
And those people (yes it was us) did it and you have a chance to taste our meals and drinks. You are welcome! Cheers!
We’re constantly looking for an inspiration at our local farms and markets and that's why we change our menu seasonally. One does not simply buy such great ingredients in a supermarket. This is one of the reasons why our meals are so delicious.
We know how to use spices and how to combine them. Beside that we use Garden cress which is the teeny-tiny plant that sprouts from a seed when it has just germinated. It's tasty, full of vitamins and so damn cute!
Every piece of meat on our plates has its own story. We were able to make a deal with the best butchers around to bring you top quality meat. We appreciate their work so much we cook every piece in sous vide to make it even better and always juicy.
We love cakes! So instead of reinventing the wheel we just hired the baker whom cakes we loved the most! (You don’t want to see how we looked after the tryouts). She is incredible and so are her cakes and cupcakes she bakes every day. Fresh and delicious. Hint: ask for a carrot cake!
