Coffee. We work hard every day so we know how a proper coffee must taste like. So we asked the best of the bests. And La Boheme made a special for us. Our baristas make wonderfully delicious Brazilian coffee handpicked on a sustainable eco farm Ambiental Fortaleza situated in Mogian mountains around 1000 - 1400 meters above the sea. The coffee has a sweet and creamy body with a taste of white chocolate, caramel, pecans and aftertaste of a baked apples. So you’re gonna love it!
We love sea buckthorn. Unfortunately not everyone is able to make a proper lemonade form it (and no, a tasteless coloured water isn’t a proper sea buckthorn lemonade) so we came up with our own recipe for the best syrup in Prague, which we use daily for making delicious lemonade with strong colour and flavour. But our bartender went even further and made the same approach for a cucumber, lemon and every seasonal fruit we got from the farm. You HAVE to taste it!
We love beer. We are Czechs for God’s sake! And we know how to serve the best beer around. We use the most modern tank pipes technology to serve cold and delicious Pilsner Urquell. And yes, we have a dark beer too!
